01 General Terms

betvisabd (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "Company") operates an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the betvisabd website and all associated services.

03 Age Verification

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

• Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

05 Bonuses and Promotions

betvisabd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion has its own terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must place bets equal to (bonus amount × 10) before withdrawing bonus funds. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be claimed once only.
• Multiple members from the same household or multiple bonus claims from the same device are not permitted.
• betvisabd reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time without notice.
• If fraudulent or collusive activity aimed at obtaining bonuses is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The time limit for fulfilling bonus terms is calculated from the date the bonus is issued.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all types of sports betting, live casino and gaming services on betvisabd.

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will only be considered valid when the betvisabd system fully accepts it and issues a confirmation number. Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Live and pre-match bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international cricket matches. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, though betvisabd's decision on this matter will be final.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds may change quickly during live betting. If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the user will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to server or network issues, betvisabd will determine the outcome of that bet at its discretion, and that decision will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betvisabd platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Registering using false, incorrect or another person's information.
• Engaging in fraudulent or collusive betting with the aim of obtaining bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds.

If any suspicious activity is detected, betvisabd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice and to take legal action if necessary.

08 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Termination

betvisabd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, collusion or money laundering.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period of time.
• Upon instruction from a court or government authority.

11.1 Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time via 24/7 live chat. Any funds remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded subject to wagering conditions being met.
